Refund and Returns Policy

At Boman Digital, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and themes. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy on refunds and returns carefully.

Digital Services (e.g., “Full-Service Dropshipping Stores”, “Custom Theme Development”)

Due to the nature of digital services, the work we perform is bespoke and tailored to your specific requirements. We invest significant time and resources into your project from the moment it begins.

  • Project Cancellation & Refunds: If you decide to cancel your project, refund eligibility is based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:
    • Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • After Work Has Begun: If work has already started on your project (including discovery, strategy, design, or development), we cannot offer a refund. The initial payment covers the resources and time we have already allocated to your project.
  • Satisfaction: We work collaboratively with you throughout our “Proven Process” (Discovery, Development, Launch) to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon objectives. We offer revision rounds at key stages to make sure you are happy with the direction of the project.

Digital Themes (e.g., “DropShipMaster”)

Our pre-made themes are digital products and are considered “used” after they have been downloaded or installed.

  • No Refunds on Digital Downloads: Once a theme has been purchased and the download link has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund. We encourage you to review the theme demo and features carefully before making a purchase.
  • Non-working Themes: If you find that the theme does not work as advertised or has a verifiable technical issue that we are unable to resolve, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. You must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase to report the issue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at sales@bomandigital.com with your original order number and a clear explanation of your reason for the request. We will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

Boman Digital reserves the right to refuse a refund if the request is not made in good faith or is in violation of our policy.
